GOOD Together is a group-based community program that is funded through grants, fundraising, and corporate sharing. It offers space and structure to practice wellness in three core domains:

As group members learn & grow together, they build healthy habits over the 8 week term. To improve wellness as a community, participants are connected to existing resources & supports. As well, they are invited to help with and participate in the GOOD Together Talent Show - an annual showcase of creative work by participants, and fundraiser for youth wellness.

  • Masters in Social Work

  • training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DNA-V for Youth, Perinatal Mental Health, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing and NonViolent Communication

  • extensive work experience in clinical, teaching, and program design roles, spanning public, private, and non-profit sectors
